Resolved - Some customers may have seen a delay in sign-ins from appearing in the guestbook starting from 8:50 am PDT. This issue was identified and a fix was released. Those sign-ins are now populating into the guestbook as normal and you may see an 'offline' stamp with those records. Please reach out to support@tractionguest.com if you have any questions.

Resolved - Our team identified an issue with our outbound mail queue. This resulted in a delay when sending out some invite emails. The root cause was identified and our team was able to address the backlog of emails needing to be sent out. Our outbound mail queue is now back to normal.

We recommend for customers who are having trouble logging in to clear their internet browser cookies for at least the past 24-hours. This will ensure that the correct cookie is stored locally on their browser when being redirected to their host server.
